Palos Verdes Los Verdes Neighborhood Sales

Palos Verdes homes sales for the Los Verdes neighborhood for the first half of 2012 was the same (13) as the first half of 2011 (13 single family homes sold).  Average sales price for Los Verdes homes sold in the first half of 2012 increased to $958,423 from $921,769 for the first half of 2011.  Price per square foot for Los Verdes houses that sold in the first half of 2012 was nearly the same ($447) as the first half of 2011 ($449).  The most expensive home sold for $1,350,000 and  the lowest priced home sold for $710,000.  To read more about Palos Verdes homes sales, click here...
