There were 4 homes that settled in November in the Borough of Swartmore. This is up from November of 2011 where there were only 3 settlements. Prices continue to be volitile as the settled prices were 94.2% of the original list price (down from 95.1% last year). However, inventory is low for single family homes which should help Sellers in price negotiations. There are a total of 24 properties currently active on the market (Single Family & Condo) as of 12/8/12 and an additional 5 scheduled to settle in December.
