The Skagit County Real Estate market is one of the best markets in the Nation! According to the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) Their report, released November 29, 2007 says that the Mount Vernon-Anacortes, WA Metrpolitan Statistical Area ranked 30th in the Nation of the 287 areas measured for percent change in house prices. - Our market is better than 89% of the Nation.
