Dupont DC Median Sold Price Rises 19.0% from November 2011!
Median Sold Price also rose from the previous month, 5.8%. Lack of inventory continues to exert upward pressure on prices.
Dupont DC New Listings
Dupont/Adams Morgan DC New Listings were also up over this time 2011, with a 45.8% jump. Month-over-month activity saw a drop of 11.3%. A drop in new listings is in line with annual trends for this time of year.
Dupont DC New Pending Sales
New Pending Sales also declined from October, 13.9%, largely affected by lack of inventory, and are up 9.7% from November of 2011.
Dupont DC Condos and Co-ops
Closed Sales of Dupont/Adams Morgan DC Condos and Coops Rose 61.5% over November 2011! Closed Sales were also up over October of 2012 by 18.9%.
New listings of condos and co-ops in Dupont/Adams Morgan fell in November by 9.9%, adding to inventory woes, but show a 73.8% increase from November 2011.
New pending sales of condos and co-ops in Dupont/Adams Morgan were down 11.1% as inventory continued to dwindle and new construction projects sold out. New Pendings were up, however, 24.4% over November of 2011.
