Pending real estate sales rose by 2.7% in Fullerton, California from October to November 2012, and have increased by over 12% since January. An increase in pending sales is unusual at this time of year, when we would typically see a decrease in the real estate market. This is a very good sign, and an indication that the real estate market rebound is a reality.
