That is a term that I have not heard....and we do not use in our market..."semi detached".....hmmmmm...is it a townhouse that may have a common side to another unit ?

IF one of these "semi-detached" homes gets hit by a huge 18-wheeler truck, and the truck itself is partially lodged in part of the home, does that make this big truck... "semi" detached as well? <ducking>
