It has come to my attention that there are people out there that are saying they are missionaries and need someone to rent their rental homes in Chandler AZ, while they are away. The current scam says that he is in Malaysia and will be gone for a couple of years. They say they are looking for a good person to take care of their home while they are away.
They have some basic information about the home, but, if you know the home, you can see they are being very general. The rent price is always much lower than any rental around. They want you to send the first month rent and security deposit and then they mail you the keys for the home for rent in Chandler. Of course, you never get the keys or your money back. So please be careful when you decide to find a rental home.
If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is not true. Don’t get caught up in a scam, you will end up losing your money.
