Hey Lucretia, I am a colleague in the Conyers area... I took one of your marketing classes a couple of years ago.
I suggest to clients to make sure that fireplaces are not covered up and that the mantles are completely clear, except for maybe a trinkett or too and a nice picture hanging over the mantle. No oversized pieces of furniture or maybe removing some furniture to minimize clutter. And absolutely NO pet odors. If they can afford it, I would recommend a stager .
