Frank,

Great blog! I spent the better part of 14 years delivering in Blaine for a somewhat large parcel company (a company synonymous with brown), and it's been great to see all of the development and positive changes. I can remember when the intersection of 109th and Radison was nothing more than sod farms and an asphalt plant. It's truly no wonder that Blaine made the Top 100 list.

Thanks Dean,

Yes Blaine has come a long way and isn't just another knock off duplicate burb.  The Lakes Developement will be one of the stellar communities for the twin cities.  Literally a more modern and affordable downtown lakes community.  Very well organized from affordable condo's/ townhomes, single family homes and mixed commercial.

Here is the best part... Blaine probably has the most undeveloped land within it's city limits when compared to any other city the same size.

This Blog, as you know is a project in progress.
