Joan --- I'm an advocate for education. Coincidentally, I spent most of my December day,s so far, taking classes. One of the best ones was Certified Negotiations Expert by an instructor named John who lives in CO. He spent some time talking about CO and how wonderful it is to live among such scenic beauty and be surrounded by intellectual people too. He said he would never leave CO because for him and his family, CO is home.

I can tell over the years that you're passionate about this place you call home too. Because of you, I've learned a lot about what CO has to offer. The homes you've showcased have always struck me as an example of the American dream. I'm so happy to have you as a friend, just because of ActiveRain and if I ever hear about someone wanting to move to CO, or consider sending their sons or daughters to a school out of state, I would suggest you.

I so love Denver as well as Pikes Peak and long to get back there one day. So many friends but duty calls here on the Florida shores.

We sell as lot of Kiddie Condos here to the parents of students in our University, is there a market there.
