Breckenridge Highlands is a covenant controlled community, inside the town limits of Breckenridge, which affords access to town services and conveniences such as underground utilities, paved streets, fire hydrants, water and sewer.
The Highlands consist of approximately 586 residential parcels ranging from .5 to 9.9 acres.
