I'm excited to announce that David J. Bell, REALTOR®, e-PRO®, is joining the Munguia Group Properties team as a licensed Texas real estate agent! Dave has been an invaluable resource to me behind the scenes over the past 7 years, from website and other computer applications support, to marketing and administrative support. Dave is also a real estate investor, bringing that unique perspective to the team. Now, having completed the education and testing requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission, Dave's role will be expanding as my business continues to grow.
Dave has been a resident of Coppell, in the Lakes of Coppell, for over 19 years. His knowledge of Coppell will allow us to better serve the residents (and future residents) of Coppell. As a certified e-PRO®, and with his extensive technical background, Dave will also allow us to better serve all of our clients all over North Texas. He is definitely "Your High Tech Home Seller"!
2012 has been a record breaking year for me, and, with David's help, I'm looking forward to continued growth in 2013!
