Our Company has a lead generating system in place to capture leads and I usually get about 2 per day on average. Most do not work out and in fact most ask about renting (and I do not handle rentals). On that rare occasion that someone answeres the phone or responds to my email 86.3% (I made that number up for the story) of the time they want to rent or can't buy due to credit. So my question is why do people fill in the request if they have no desire to talk or email with an agent? Why do people that can't buy or want to rent almost always respond? How can I change this number to buyers? Why do people make up percentage points in stories?
