Active|Rain is like Magic! It happened to me too! YOO HOO!

It happened! YOOO HOOO!! During floor duty yesterday, it happened! Listen to this...

A Seller walked in the front door yesterday during floor duty. He has a property that has expired in the area. He needs a good Realtor that is familar with the internet, to market his property to get it sold quickly.

He GOOGLED "Real Estate Agents in Quakertown PA" and not only was I on the front page, but I was the first entry after the companies were listed to the right of the map (below)

This link, took him to the Quakertown Page in Active|Rain. He saw I was in first place in the town. He followed the link to my web site www.bradburyteam.com He came to our office looking to find me on a Saturday afternoon. We talked a bit, and went to visit his property right away. We got a new listing from this. Just like that. He specifically said he wanted the Bradbury Team to market his property because he liked our web site and the detail it pays to customer service!! WOW!

Just like Magic! It really does work!! YOO HOO!!

Yes, Thanks Mef Zoller from Houston. I agree with you totally. This client did not just roll in the front door, he googled, found me, looked at MY web site which was linked from my Active Rain profile, and then came to the office to find me. How neat this place is!

Yes It was a good think Judi from San Antonio. In our office, when someone comes in to ask specifically for an individual, that person gets the credit for the lead.
