We have seen for the last year an increase in value for single famly homes in Roseville.  We did see a slight drop in price last month but comparing the last 12 months numbers the sales price has increased 12.9%.  We also have seen the inventory shrinking, the homes for sale in November 2011 were 283 compared to 157 homes on the market November of 2012.  This means that the competition can be high.  If you are considering buying in the Roseville area having an agent who understands the market and the trends is a must. The average price per square foot is $149 which is $13 more from last year at this time.
