If you aren't using staging find a stager in your area and ask them to tell you about the services they offer...it will help you to get the SOLD sign posted.

Karel - staging is another tool that Realtors along with the seller can impliment to make the property more appealing. With the slow down have you found people cutting back on having property staged? If so I think more than ever it should be done just to get an edge.

Excellent list. Right to the point. If the house is staged to look good, it will sell. If you just show it as it has been lived in for years..... it will take longer. So many realtors don't take advantage of all of the tools available to help them get those sold signs.
