Christmas Time!

Holiday Events of Coral Springs and All of Broward County

This is one of my faves, the Holiday Fantasy of Lights at Tradewinds Park. This tradition has been taking place since 2008 and is always packed every year. You drive your vehicle through this amazing light show at your own pace. They lights stay up until January 5th of next year! There will be the old favorites along with brand new displays. It's fun to pack a car full, especially a convertible, and play Christmas music while driving through. It's from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm nightly, between $10 - $13 depending what night.

And then there is the Winterfest Boat Parade in Ft. Lauderdale. It's December 15th at 6:30 pm. Birch State Park is offering the best seats to watch this spectacular light show on water.  The route will be from New River to Santa Barbara in Pompano Beach. This is going to be a big one. Serious prizes will be awarded. There will be over a 100 boats decorated with sparkles. There is always over a million spectators to catch the Winterfest Parade so get their before the bridge closes!

Terri,

Both of these events look like wonderful activities for the entire family to enjoy.  I like that there is a countdown to the parade time!

Hi Terri, it sounds like a fun thing to do, watch the fantasy of lights with 3D glasses.
