Starting towards the end December 20th, 2012, our Bakersfield MLS listing with have an option for rental listings for property owners. I believe it will be a great tool. Does anyone else have this choice and if so what are your thoughts good or bad?

Yes, our MLS has rentals added now and it has helped our rental market. Great way to help our customers just not ready to buy.
