Inventory levels are contacting significantly with off water homes under 7 months. This is the lowest level I have seen in several years. While this time of year is typically a slow time, if buyers are on the fence I suggest they move quickly as tight inventory levels will lead to increasing values. It also offers opportunity for sellers to move their property, homes which are staged and priced competitively are moving quickly.
