Sometimes it is good to go for a walk in the morning so we can clear our minds to start our day. This December morning there are so much to do and so much on our minds with business and current events. We will keep our focus and do some business planning and some holiday shopping this week. I visit Central Park in NY every time I am in NY. What a great urban area, and there are always lots of people biking, skating or just walking around enjoying some open space. It is a great example of maintaining some open space in an urban area.

Bundle up and stay warm out there. I actually just got the cutest Yankee Drifit zip up for just these kind of winter runs/walks. :)

I need to get out and walk more. I love doing it when I take the time..just may start again. Looks like a nice walk in Central Park would be just the ticket to clear the mind and start the day fresh!
