I have been working short sales since 2007. I have learned the ends and outs on my own, negotiated them on my own, handled both sides on my own but now I have a short sale negotiator that takes all the time and effort out of my day to provide documentation to the banks, feedback to my clients along with weekly updates to my clients.
Not that I can't do them myself, but short sales are time consuming. No matter what, for every short sale I handled, every short sale I have CLOSED! I have never lost not one.
