I found this article on Linked In and it's so true. How much of your day do you spend sending emails, sitting in worthless meetings? Every now and then, long meetings are good. They can help us prepare, they can help us plan and budget. But...every day? Same goes with email. Is the email really so important that you can't set aside 30 minutes at some point during the day...a part of the day where it's not prime selling time, to read them?
Below is the note I have at the bottom of my computer monitor. It helps remind me of what I SHOULD be doing...
