BUY A HOUSE NOW OR WAIT?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Metro Center Alexandria Licensed in DC, MD and VA

A question that ponders BUYERS today is whether now is the time to Buy or should you as a Buyer wait?   I have been reading and listen to the new reports just like you, but there is a fact that keeps coming up over and over again and the fact of the matter is, NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!

  1. Interest rates are low and are projected to rise
  2. Prices are lower NOW and are expected to RISE in the Spring
  3. Inventory is low, so the home you want later may not be there
  4. If you Rent, the lease amount per month may be higher than a mortgage payment
  5. You should ALWAYS BUY LOW so you can SELL HIGH!

Here is another in your fact projection so you can really get the full picture of what I am saying.

NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY

GET THE PICTURE???  It's about saving your hard earned dollars and monopolizing on today's prices versus tomorrows uncertainties.  You will be able to buy more house for your money now than if you waited.

CONTACT ME TODAY TO GET INTO THAT HOME FOR THE RIGHT PRICE TODAY.  WAITING COULD PUT A MAJOR DENT IN YOUR WALLET AND IN YOUR FINANCES!

Great visual aid! I'm going to have to re-blog this, I hope you don't mind. I recently had a buyer decide to wait until prices go down! The market is recovering!

Lisa,

Great Post!

Now is the time as interest rates are at historic lowsand I think we hit bottom on the maket as I am hearing almost every place in the nation is going up in sales and values! Here in Northern Wisconsin, REMAX First has experienced a 27% increase in sales and about 3% rise in values. I am in a vacation area with lakefront homes being our primary market in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

Thanks for your comments guys.  We know that Now is the Time to Buy but getting Buyers to get off the fence is challenging.
