
Tucson, Arizona Real Estate Market Report for November 2012
December Forecast-
2237 residential properties went under agreement in November 2012. A 12.7% increase over last November. This is a sign for a strong closing to the year. Active homes for sale increased 15% to 4430 and new listings last month are up 44.7% to 1591.
November 2012 Sales Activity:
994 Homes went under contract last month compared to 1015 in November 2011.
The average list price for homes that sold was $188,700 last month compared to $159,187 a year ago.
The average selling price was $182,539 last month and $158,434 a year ago
Last month homes sold for 96.7% of asking price compared to 99.5% a year ago November.
Days on market before contract acceptance was 51 days last month and 78 days a year ago.
