RealtyJuggler isn't a Lead System it's a gift from the Clouds.....

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Success LLC
Over the years I've worked FSBO and Expired leads to increase my listings inventory.  The trouble is after meeting and previewing a number of these potential listings (15 to 20 per month) I quickly became overwhelmed by the follow up.  And as we all know it's the follow up that turns those appointments into listings.

Getting sick from riding the "Realtor roller coaster" with my listings going up and than down, I came to the realization that I lacked a "system" to manage these leads and convert them into closed transactions.

What I found was "RealtyJuggler", A Customer Relationship management system
that allow me to convert more FSBO and Expired leads
as well as convert buyers leads
into closed transactions.

I subscribe to "Relationship Selling", an idea I learned from Harvey Mackay and the Mackay 66.  In it's simplest terms it's caring enough about people to take note of what they say when you meet them. The trick is how do you customize your communication with them in a meaning full way?

Sure you may be able to keep up with 30, 40 even 50 people you meet.  But the problem gets larger when you have 1000+ people in your database you care about and want to contact them in a meaningful way.

That's where RealtyJuggler comes into play.  It allows you to apply "Task Plans" that are a series of touches you want to make over time that came be easily used for any lead you receive: FSBO's, Expired's, Internet, and Open House leads etc.....

Where it is different that most lead management systems is it can be quickly adjusted to add tasks/touches that are specific to that individual lead and provide reminders to contact these people when you feel it's meaningful.  This feature has made all the difference to my close rate.

RealtyJuggler has so many levels it would take way to long to explain them all.
For me the most important aspect of the system is how it gives me the ability to communicate on a meaningful level without getting overwhelmed with the details of it all.

The Cost???

$99.00 a YEAR....That's .27 cents a day!
It gets even better.  There's a free 90 day trial available.  Just click the link:

I wouldn't be doing the system justice if I didn't bullet point what the key features here they are:

  • Track prospects and clients from other systems
  • Qualify prospects
  • Import contacts and appointments
  • Share info online with your team
  • Drip mail
  • Graphic letterhead
  • Create Activity Plans/Task Plans
  • IDX Portals/Multiple Web sites feeds
  • Upload scanned contracts
  • Export Expenses
  • Calculate and track commissions
  • Import leads (FSBO, Expired, Foreclosed)
  • Real Estate letters in English and Spanish
  • Print Mailing Labels
  • Automatic reminders birthdays,closing anniversaries, follow up..etc...
  • Showing feedback
  • Searchable system for anything you entered
  • Rental management
  • Print or email Service reports
  • Create Real Estate Flyers

Well there you have it....If you can believe it there are more features but this blog would go on forever.

This is great!  I've been researching and researching different CRM platforms but didn't run into RealtyJuggler -- I love that it is so inexpensive and am definitely going to take them up on the 90 day free trial.

Hope you have a fantastic 2013...

I recently switched to Realty Juggler and couldn't have been happier. The learning curve is manageable, the ability to access my contacts from anywhere is fabulous, and you can't beat the price.

I want to thank you for your kind words regarding RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software.  Everyone over here at RealtyJuggler was tickled pink to read your kind post.

We try hard to be a useful product.

I know that sounds strange - what do I mean by useful?  Most agents shop for software by looking for the product that gives them the most features.  But, the thing is, most people end up using only a fraction those features.  And all those extra unused features bog down the product and make it slower and harder to use.  So, our philosophy has always been to find the most useful features and put them into a product.  Skip the esoteric complex stuff, and pass the savings on to the customer.

Again, thanks for your kind words and Happy Holidays!!!

OMG I am so on my way, been looking over this for 40minutes have to wonder what the catch is. I hate all these monthly things like TP and Agent 2000 and their support sucks BIG TIME but at 99 a year this would work for now thank you thank you thank you

After reading every post in this string, were I judging this contest, I would declare you the winner! I am a former agent and currently use Realty Juggler for my mortgage business. My prospects and clients love
when I call & wish them "Happy Birthday", or "Happy Anniversary" and my Realtor partners (who do not have a system) are amazed when called them & remind them that one of their clients is having an event.

The only thing better than the Realty Juggler system is the customer service that Scott provides; prompt, knowledgable and customer friendly.

Thanks for sharing!

Hi Kellie,

Thank you for pointing out all the features that realtyjuggler offer. I actually have the system but haven't put it in play. Had a baby and  just haven't had the time to see how great it is? The only thing I am wondering is if they offer personal website & if they do how they compare to the others?

Thank you for the little oush I needed to get it moving along. I plan on signing on today to get started.

Have a great 2013

My friend and I are looking for a new Contact Management software. We use to have Top Producer6i but decided not to switch to their web based system because of the price. I guess for $99/year for Realty Juggler, it is worth a try. We will try it for 90 days and see how it goes.

Thanks for the info.  I'm a realtively new agent and have quickly learned that some type of contact management system with capabilities greater than Outlook is necessary.  My coach recommends TP, but my broker told me to check out Realty Juggler.  I like that it has a full 90-day free trial and no contracts.  That gives my the comfort I need to move forward with it.  Starting out, the expense and one-year contract requirements are a bit of a deterrant.
