The Real Estate Listing- “What does it take?

When you’re the person being interviewed, how do you perform? Most professional in this field offer the same advice, but saying the right thing can be the difference between getting the listing, (excuse me-job or not) less talking by the interviewer is certainly more. The purpose conducting any type of interview is to learn about the candidate, be smart with the way you are conducting yourself.
Believe it or not, homeowners to change their mind, “even” when they were convinced you were the one for the job, Homeowners change their mind if you let them, don't blow your chances; especially if you're already going to be their real estate agent. When having your conversation, it’s more than normal to be nervous. Remember silence is confidence and allows the client share their ideas of what they want as much as possible to you.
Share light conversation that puts your client at ease; which enables your client to become more relaxed motivating them to share valuable information with you. Asking a question shows your clients you care; “just make sure the questions you ask warrants specific answers other than a simple yes and no” Specific open ended questions usually work well. Example: (what is one of the most favorite things about your home?) Potential clients will appreciate a relevant experience explaining why you are the person best qualified to represent them. Example: share a detail or a recent experience you've already completed. Remember this is your time to learn about the person interviewing you, as well.
Trust is a source of pride and a true honor, trust is power...
Be positive! It's about a leap of faith trusting faith believing acting and making it happen!
