Houses come in all shapes and sizes of course, but recently I had a tour of a very unique home that came straight out of the 'art deco' or 1950's modern design period - but as it was built in 1992, comes with all the modern conveniences ...

I've been to Taliesin West which is from that era. The old corridors of the Hoover Dam are manificent in their period design, as well.

Bruce, although this is not exactly my "cup of tea..." there is certainly a small part of the market that tends toward this style of home. If somehow the sellers have the time to wait it out... eventually this home will sell... and probably for a decent price.
