Chef Curtis Lincoln, has been around, he has worked in New York and the Normandy in Denver. He has been to culinary school along with teaching in Italy and here in America. He has the knowledge to present an excellent meal that is great tasting. He goes a step further and seeks out local food suppliers from meat to fish. His effort is to have regional food sources from Colorado. While we are land locked he makes the effort to buy from Colorado fish farms. He goes that extra mile to get the meat and rabbit locally. He is part of the local network in Evergreen.
The Chef supplies his restaurant withgourmetfood that follows suit with his background. When you go to the website, you can get a feel for the menu. There are samplemenusthat you can look at to get a feel for the kind of food that they specialize in. The restaurant is in a truly a beautifullocation. It is right near the lake, with some lake front views; the menu is ample enough for any mood you might be in. The winelistreally is incredible.
