Twins are on Curry Lane, Hunt Drive, and Steeplechase Circle. Townhomes are on Brandywine Drive, Bridle Lane, Cavalry Drive, Churchill Circle, Hunt Drive, and Shetland Circle. Entry into the subdivision is from Herman Road.

There are currently 7 homes for sale in this area with an average asking price of $250,000. In the past 3 months, 8 homes have sold with an average sales price of $230,900.
