How To Keep A Listing Past 30 Days?

Home For Sale Sign

Realtors and For Sale By Owner should know the sure fire way to keep your home listed past 30 days is to Not Stage.

Once your listing is put on the MLS it is considered a Fresh listing, ready to stand against all other homes within the same price range and location.  Why would you put your listing on the same scale as other homes?  Your listing should say sold within a matter of weeks not months.  So why are most homes sitting on the market not SOLD.  The majority of homes are For Sale, but not ready to be SOLD.  When buying a car from a dealer or private seller, don't you expect them to have the car detailed and ready to sell.  Would you choose a car with obvious wear and tear and neglect over one with few to no blemishes.  Don't treat your next listing as if it is not worthy of detailing.  Call in a Stager and get a consultation.

Agents and Eager For Sale By Owners, don't allow your listing to be just another on the market and MLS sheet.  Have your home Staged by Stage It & Redesign Professionals. "Stage It Today, Contracts Are On The Way"!!!!

You're right! You only have 30-45 days to have the attention on the property so you better have it completely ready when you list it and staging will help you for sure!

I agree.  The way the home shows is as critical as how the home is priced.  Your before and after pictures definately show how important it is.

Thanks,

Ross Quintana - Spokane Real Estate AgentYes, Home staging is important but it's just one key area of many that can help your home sell. Pictures, Marketing, Online coverage, many things need to be better than your competition to get it sold and sold for top dollar. We work on many key areas. Once all the homes are staged it goes to other things. The bottom line is just like with agents, homes have to be set apart in a competitive me to market.

I am happy to announce West Metro Board of REALTORS in Carrollton GA has scheduled me for a full day of training April 23rd at their office on Bankhead Hwy.  If you own a Smartphone or thinking about buying a Smartphone then you want to be there!  We are having 6 hours of training with 3 hours of hands on training, so bring your chargers.  If you have any questions on what will be covered I have a link below on the class schedule.

Smartphone users, feel like your Smartphone is smarter then you?  Do you want to work Smarter not Harder?

If you don't currently own a Smartphone but know you need one, then ATTEND!  Normally 25% of my classes are agents thinking about buying a phone and I am there to help you decide what is best for you and where the best deals are.
