Offers, Offers Everywhere in Sacramento County!
Why are there multiple offers on properties today? What is going on in the real estate market in the Sacramento Area? A shortage of inventory is the problem. - Put down a good down payment

We are at half of the homes for sale as we were a year ago. Right now there are only 381 single family homes for sale in ALL of Sacramento County under $200,000. Sacramento County is a county with 1.4 million people covering 964 sq miles. That is not very many homes for sale at all!
