I just sold my bank owned listing at 2563 SE 15th St, Pompano Beach, FL. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in Pompano Isles. It has a waterfront lot on a canal with ocean access and no fixed bridges. The starting asking price was $308,900, which was higher than my recommendation given the rough condition of the property. Once the price was lowered to $269,900 it got several offers and was under contract rather quickly. In total it was on the market for 36 days.
