You are right. Some of the sites are way outdated. Internet is still the way to go to reach clients.
The big three RTZ are not the end all and only have the mls insertions unless the agent, broker enhances and adds the extra information, media. Stand alone marketing with daily blog posts, videos, social media interaction gets you found on line, on that front page search engine index. Weed and feed those private channels.
I agree = the lag time on updates on some of the syndicated sites is terrible and some of the sites are not even accurate - For Lease when its only for sale etc...
