According to MLS statistics, there were six sales in the complex for 2011. The 2011 sales ranged in price from $370,000 to $435,000 with an average sales price of $403,000(median $405,000). The average price per square foot for 2011 sales was $298.64 according to our local MLS.
The difference between 2012 and 2011 has been the number of smaller units at Fashion Park Villas selling recently.
