There is The Poquott and The Belle Terre floor plans that have Master Bedrooms on the main level, and full basements. The Poquott are the interior designs and The Belle Terre are corner units with porches and side decks. The Old Field floor plan has all the bedrooms on the upper level. These are mostly 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouses and all the units have attached garages, patio or deck, central air conditioning and gas heat.
There is a gated entry with a touch-pad call system at Setauket Meadows. This 55+ neighborhood sits on 27 acres and surrounds the street names of Emily’s Way, Blair Road, Brianna Drive and Cove Lane.
