All this week I'll be getting ready to provide year-end stats with segmented data. I'll be listing some idividual Missoula neighborhoods and Bitterroot towns/areas as well. For ease of access to the information I'll post them in seperate blogs but I'll also provide a few summary posts with a general overview of each greater area (Missoula and the Bitterroot).
I usuall report on sales volume, median sales prices, supply, and average days on market. If there's anything else you'd like to see in the reports - let me know!
