Every once in a while I am amazed by great service. Almost 6 weeks ago I was minding my own business at a stop light when a car failed to make a right turn and plowed into the driver's side door of my car. The damage was $6000 and, after waiting a week for the insurance company to admit fault, I took my car to Bellevue Auto Rebuild.
I almost knew right away that I was in good hands. It turns out Bellevue Auto Rebuild does body work for the local Mercedes dealer in the area among others. After picking up my rental car I expected to wait several weeks before getting the call telling me my car was finished.
Imagine my surprise when they called three weeks later to say I could come and get my car. The job Bellevue Auto Rebuild did was fantastic. Today I had to go back there. Chadd from Bellevue Auto Rebuild called and said they had a part in they needed to put in. I also told them I wanted them to look at a scratch (self-induced) I had put in my car door since the repair. They indicated they could polish it out and there would be no charge.
The moral of the story? Bellevue Auto Rebuild gets it! From the start with their friendly greeting and immaculate reception area to their recommending a great place to eat today while I was waiting, I am a huge fan. If you live in the greater Seattle area, I can't recommend them highly enough.
