Spring Lake at Celebration in Celebration Florida

Spring Lake at Celebration has been announced. This newest section of Celebration is located along Celebration Blvd. between Siena and Celebration High School. Spring lake will feature homes from the $200K’s to the $400K’s with sizes ranging from 1600-2800 sq ft. Details are still being finalized. They have just broken ground this month with the sales center opening in Spring of 2013.  Total project size is expected to be about 39 acres.

The following are proposed details (nothing finalized yet, since plans are still being designed):

Location: On Celebration Blvd, north of World Dr on the right, left borders Siena Condos

• Spring Lake 4 Product Lines (261 total lots on 39 acres):
  • 2 Story Townhomes: Ranging from 1,600 – 1,800 square feet
  • 3 Story Duplexes: Ranging from 1,900 to 2,100 square feet
  • 30 ft Wide Homesite Single Family homes "Bungalow Homes": Two-story homes ranging from 1,700 to 2,300 square feet
  • 40 ft Wide Homesite Single Family homes "Garden Homes": Two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,000 to over 2,700 square feet

PLEASE NOTE: There will not be any single story homes or units, and all garages will be attached to the rear, so no garage apartments. Also there will not be room for a pool or spa, as the home sites are only 70-75 feet deep on average.

  • All the homes will have landscape maintenance included
  • There will be a CDD/HOA fee for all product types
