Vail Valley December 2007 Real Estate Statistics Are In!

Hope everyone is doing well, 30 degrees Farenheit, SUNNY! and TONS OF SNOW!
As promised, I have the "Vail Valley Real Estate Statistics" for December 2007 and an overall number for the entire year. These figures come from "Land Title Guarantee" in Vail, CO.
- Sales Volume for 2007: $2,960,487,200
- Average Residential Transaction price for December 2007 was $1,360,662
- Number of transactions in Eagle County during 2007: 2688
- The 2007 Annual Average Residential Transaction price was $1,391,848 with a median transaction price of $699,900.
- In December, 59 single family home transactions had a total dollar volume $103,451,800 and an average sales price of $1,753,420.
- In 2007, there were 1068 single family home transactions with a total dollar volume of $1,520,390,100.
- In 2007, there were 240 vacant land transactions for a total dollar volume of $122,173,500
