We survived the "end of the world",.... those silly Mayans! A big "high five" to those of us still in real estate for we have triumphed over the economy and are still here and ready to meet 2013 head on.
A time to plan, light our fire for the beginning of a new year and look from "within" for creative ways to make this year bigger and better than last year. So many times we look for that outside stimulus to move us. It's all right there baby, inside US. Love the people and they will love you back. Relationships make the world go round. You gain so much more that just having a buyer or a seller. Michael Maher's, Seven Levels of Communication, says it all.
