There is a home like this one built in Bayou Oaks with an in-ground pool in the rear yard. It is priced at $395,000. If you choose a lot and build the home without the entire bottom floor being a garage like the one you see here (note the stairs that take you down to the garage that is the entire length and width of the house) with no pool, then the price would be less. The builder would have to custom price depending on where the home would be built.......here is the exterior photo and if you would like I will be happy to email you the interior photos. This home has limestone and hand-scraped hardwood flooring, Shirestone(TM) counters and so much more. (It is a builder's residence.) It was a recently featured home in The Brunswick News and I could forward the article as well.
