Making Changes for the New Year.
This is the time of year when many of us evaluate what we’ve been doing and sometimes decide to make changes. I’ve decided to make a fairly major change by starting 2013 with a new brokerage, HomeSmart Realty.
Besides being the largest and fastest growing real estate firm in Arizona, HomeSmart offers optimal real estate support and services. I now have access to the most innovative technology and tools in the real estate industry which will save me valuable time so I can serve my clients better. Also, with nine offices in Arizona, I can better serve my clients’ needs, wherever they are!
You will still be able to search for homes at my CarolSellsPhoenix website. I also have a HomeSmart website at CarolSemkew.com where, along with being able to search for properties, you will find tips on the loan process, home buying and selling, and more information about me.

One that often comes up at the New Year is a renewed commitment to health and fitness. Most people need help with this one and many don’t know where to get that help. If you need some motivation or inspiration, I have a 
suggestion. In late 2011 I had the opportunity to participate in a workshop presented by a local personal trainer named Lisa Pozzoni. Her passion for helping others reach their lifestyle goals was truly infectious. I have since subscribed to her newsletter and started following her on Facebook.
