A tour around town, Eastvale CA
I wrote a blog last year about a Sunday drive around Eastvale. It has been almost a year and I wanted to update on some of the things one can find around town.
To start with, our population has grown from 47,581 to over 67,605 as of Dec 2012.
Some of the new home builders are DR Horton, MBK, Standard Pacific, KB Homes and Pulte. DR Horton is developing the Enclave. It is our very first gated community within Eastvale. It is located at the SW corner of Archibald and Schleisman. Pulte is developing the Everton Grove which is located close to Sumner and Limonite. Standard Pacific is developing Trenton and Riverwood which is located at the NW corner of Archibald and Schleisman. MBK is building 73 Sancerre homes located to the left of CVS on Archibald. Our newest community is Riverglen composed of 175 homes being developed by DR Horton. This is the development that offers shared homes to its buyers. That is the concept of 2 homes under 1 roof. It is located to the left of the Eastvale newest community center.

Shopping galore can be found for all residents. The Eastvale Gateway new additions include stores such as HomeGoods, Mountain View Tire and Service, Tutti Frutti, Workforce Outsourcing, Jersey Mike's. Eastvale Gateway South now includes Little Cesar's, MacDonalds, Corky's, Walgreen, Taco Bell. The much awaited 24 hours fitness is expected to open Spring 2013. Construction has began at the lot next to Ralphs on Limonite where a pizza bar store is anticipated. Development at the marketplace at the Enclave will soon bring Jack in the box and Auto Zone during 2013. This is located at the SW corner of Archibald and Schleisman next to the CVS store.
Regal Eastvale Movie Theater 14 is now the most popular hangout during the weekends.
Nestle Toll House just had a grand opening a couple of months ago in Eastvale Gateway. It is now under new management.
Special parking lot spaces are still reserved for expectant mother and parents with infants in front of Best Buy.
Eastvale's newest dog park is located inside the American Heroes Park on 6608 Hellman Avenue. That brings it to a total of 3 fenced dog parks within the city of Eastvale. The first one is located in Harada Park and the second one is found at the Dairyland Park by Archibald.
Our newest intermediate school is Dr. Augustine Ramirez. It is located on 6905 Harrison in Eastvale. It is located next to Rosa Elementary School in Eastvale. Now there is a total of 2 intermediate schools in the City of Eastvale.
During 2012, Eastvale gained a new Community Center located on Schleisman and a new neighborhood Center on Harada park. Eastvale's newest batting cages are also found on the SW corner of the park.
Currently there are only 3 dairy farms left within the City of Eastvale. This is the sign of progress. Eastvale used to be predominatly all dairy and agriculture. Today, Eastvale is known mainly for its acclaimed Corona Norco district schools, spacious homes at affordable prices, and having one the highest median income within California at over $112,000 per household.
