For Sale By Owner (FSBO) vs. Smart Llisting???For most of us our home is the biggest financial investment we will ever make in our life. I can't understand why a home owner will try to save the commission and list it as For sale by owner.

Owners have a personal interest in the home, many memories, financial and they made it their home. Its hard for a home owner to separate "home" from a business transaction. They have their life in this home, everything they have worked for is pored into this home. How they take care, clean and decorate it.

Now, when it comes to selling they need to look at it as a house, no emotions take out their personal feelings of their value. Its time to separate the home from a house. Do you think its easy to negotiates on behalf of yourself? I don't believe owners can separate the "home" from a "house".
