Market Report | Multiple Offers | Franklin, NC | Real Estate

Franklin, North Carolina Homes are SELLING, some with multiple offers.

Increase in SalesSome homes are getting multiple offers on them in Franklin, North Carolina.
This is good news and a welcome sign that the market in Franklin, NC is coming back.  We have had a 4.99% increase in sales this year but the dollar amount is down 0.04%.  Not good news for sellers but really good for buyers.  I sold some awesome homes this year that were a steal!
It is getting harder to find homes for sale and our residential inventory is way down to just 637 units actively on the market. That includes mobile homes that make up 87 of those units.
We currently have 80 homes for sale on the market that are Foreclosure and/or Short Sale.  20 of these are pending and under contract.  A total of 66 properties are pending and under contract as of today.

So if you are still on the fence you better jump off and get to buying.  Don't be one of those that could kick themselves later and say I should have.  I been there and done that myself. Create your own FREE account here

Once the inventory of distressed properties shrinks things will head upward. Looks like the prices have not dropped that much which is a good thing.

June, I'm seeing lower inventories and increasingly more home with multiple offers. I think there will be lots of would be buyers with 20/20 hindsight kicking themselves and I believe that will be this year and maybe into next year if they're lucky.

We've still got buyers out in droves and the inventory is dropping quickly here in NJ - very atypical for January. Sellers getting in the game right now are poised to do very well.
