Pressure wash your wood deck before someone gets hurt!!

Lets face it, the Oregon coast is beautiful, but rainy in the winter. I find that most decks are slick as an ice arena when not properly maintained. If you must venture out on to a slimy deck when viewing a listing, please use caution and walk flat footed, just as if you are walking on a frozen lake. This deck was particularly gooey and dangerous. Note the lack of hand rails, it was difficult to see where one level ended and another began. 

My recommendation: Pressure wash or put up caution tape before one of the buyers or real estate agents take a fall and end up in the emergency room instead of writing an offer back at the office.
