Saskatoon has been given a new label. With the boom in housing values, Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey places Saskatoon in the category "moderately unaffordable".
Even though this new label does come with some downfalls, it has a positive spin as well.
Again, I am referring to supply and demand.
The main reason for the increase in home values is because more people are wanting to live in Saskatoon.
As more people want to live in Saskatoon, the prices will continue to rise.
