As this year comes to a close, I want to wish everyone a safe and Happy New Year!
For my family and myself, 2012 has been a very good year.
We had good health and good fortune.
Our daughter Jaime played on a State Championship Volleyball team that went undefeated and ranked 23rd in the Nation and got a 31 on her ACT test which qualifies her for many big scholarships.
Our son, Jacob, also had a great year making the Dean's list, interning for US Senator Johanns, including leaving on Wednesday, Jan 2, 2013 to spend the spring sememster with him in Washington DC
Plus Jake and I had a great deer season in "God's Cathedral", as Jake called it...the same day that we then watched Jaime help her team close out a 37-0 season.
Robyn and I both enjoyed our best year of income in the last 9 years so all in all it has been a very good year for us.
We give thanks to our Saviour for our blessings and shared our fruits of labor with those in a tougher position this year.
I hope your family has been fortunate as well and that 2013 will be as good or better than 2012!
