The Shores at the Highlands in Breckenridge, CO is one of the newer luxury subdivisions to enterSummit County and is one that shouldn't be overlooked with the property for sale that they have to offer. The Shores at the Highlands originally started as a Fairmount Residences and due to economic hardship had gotten taken over by the bank.
