Do you battle against or with your competitors?  Click here!

So many of us treat our business as our baby...  Rightfully so in many instances!  We put so much time/energy/passion into what we do that we want to protect it against all costs.  Many times though, in doing this, we miss the forest through the trees.

Competitors should be people we befriend, get to know, and gleen information off of.  Do you do this in your business?  Do you meet with other Realtors?  You should!  You will earn some valuable and fun friends AND you will get some insight you never imagined.

Go ahead, try it!

Good point, Joshua!  We should always encourage our competitors to be good at what they do, as well.  It lifts up the opinion of our industry when we ALL do what is right for the general public, and part of that is NOT to slam or critizice our competition.  We should instead do a better job of defining the qualities of our business rather than tearing down the other companies!

Exactly!  In the title business we can be the same way.  Imagine if we all worked together in some aspects of our business..shared ideas...things that work.  Imagine how good the system would be at that point!
